Lesley MacKay

Before setting up Lesley MacKay Associates in 1992, Lesley worked for 9 years with IBM, drawing on her fluency in German and French to manage international projects and people. She is qualified in psychometric assessment tools and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Lesley's long and successful track record includes work with culturally diverse companies in Europe and the Caribbean.

Lesley describes her approach as professional pragmatism with a sense of humour.
