Before setting up Lesley MacKay Associates in 1992, Lesley worked for 9 years with IBM, drawing on her fluency in German and French to manage international projects and people. She is qualified in psychometric assessment tools and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Lesley's long and successful track record includes work with culturally diverse companies in Europe and the Caribbean.

Before joining us Ian built a strong reputation for creating supportive and challenging learning environments in large public and private sector organisations. A Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Ian is certified to level A by the British Psychological Society.

Ian facilitates in a relaxed, informal and focused approach to learning.

Ian Sellick

Ian is an executive coach whose experience marries extensive customer services, sales, operational and change management experience with work as an international troubleshooter on underperforming projects. Ian is an MBA and Master and NLP practitioner.

Ian's style is quiet, incisive and challenging and he is able to see complex issues in simple terms.
